TriCore Commercial Sectional Door

The Raynor TriCore Series doors are designed for applications where thermal insulation is a high priority.  All three models in this series provide a full three inch section thickness with an R-value of 16.05.

TriCore Optima

Designed for optimum strength, durability and performance, this door's 20 ga. exterior steel skin and rugged hardware provides the ultimate in reliable operation.  Ideal in demanding applications where security and maximum thermal efficiency are require.  Sections are 3" thick and feature steel sandwich construction.  Steel is commercial quality, hot-dipped galvanized. Exterior skins are 20 ga. with 25 ga. interior skins.  Insulation is 2-7/8" expanded polystyrene insulation providing an R-value of 16.05

The industry's benchmark for commercial sectional garage doors, this product provides unparalleled Raynor reliability and durability to meet or exceed the requirements of daily use.  This 25 ga. door is offered with the widest selection of quality features and options for the most common product applications requiring durable, reliable operation and maximum thermal efficiency.  Sections are 3" thick and feature steel sandwich construction.  Steel is commercial quality, hot-dipped galvanized.  Exterior skins are 25 ga. with 25 ga. interior.  Insulation is 2-7/8" expanded polystyrene insulation providing an R-value of 16.05

A simple solution for typical applications requiring maximum thermal efficiency.  This door features 28 ga. exterior and interior steel skins and provides Raynor quality and durability in limited sizes and options.

ThermaSeal Commercial Sectional Door

This thermally efficient door is ideal for most typical spplications where a high level of thermal performance is desired.  In addition it provides proven Raynor quality and durability.

ThermaSeal Standard

This benchmark product provides proven Raynor reliability and durability to meet or exceed the requirements of daily use.  Available with the widest selection of quality features and options, this thermally efficient door is ideal for most common product applications.  Sections are 1-3/4" thick and feature steel sandwich construction.  Steel is commercial quality, hot dipped galvanized.  Exterior skins are 25 ga., and interior skins are 26 ga. steel. Polyurethane insulation provides an R-value of 16.4.

 

ThermaSeal Basic

A simple solution for typical applications where thermal performance is desire.  Provides proven Raynor quality and durability in a limited selection of sizes, features and options.  Sections are 1-1/2" thick and features steel sandwich construction.  Steel is commercial quality, hot dipped galvanized.  Exterior and interior skins are 26 ga.  Polyurethane insulation provides an R-value of 14.5.

SteelForm Commercial Sectional Door

The Raynor SteelForm Series offers a comprehensive range of steel pan sectional doors.  Optional polystyrene or fiberglass insulation is available with all models.

StyleForm Commercial Doors

The Raynor StyleForm Series is designed for applications where exterior appearance is a primary consideration.  Their classic, raised panel look combines with rugged durability for commercial and industrial applications.

The perfect combination of beauty and thermal efficiency, this door is designed for peak performance.  Its rugged, two-sided steel design provides superior strength, added durability and maximum protection against noise, impact, and weather.  Sections are 2" thick and feature steel sandwich construction.  Steel is deep-draw quality, hot dipped galvanized.  Exterior surface is woodgrain.  Insulation is 1-7/8" expanded polystyrene providing an R-value of 10.25.  Available with Colonial or Ranch raised panels or Flush.

StyleForm Standard

This benchmark product provides proven Raynor reliability and durability to meet or exceed the requirements of daily use.  Available with optional polystyrene insulation, this model is a reliable performer when a classic, raised-panel appearance is desired.  Sections are 2" thick and feature steel pan construction.  Steel is 24 ga. deep-draw quality, hot-dipped galvanized. Exterior surface is woodgrain.  Available with Colonial or Ranch raised panels.

StyleForm Basic

A simple solution for typical applications providing Raynor quality and durability with optional polystyrene insulation.  Sections are 2" thick and feature steel pan construction.  Steel is 26 ga. commercial quality, hot-dipped galvanized. Exterior surface is stucco.  Available non-insulated or polystyrene insulated with impact resistant covers with R-value of 5.0.  Available with Colonial or Ranch raised panels.

The Raynor Series Rolling Service Doors are designed for applications where the compact nature of a rolling product is desired.  The four models in this series provide a wide range of features and options to meet specific requirements of nearly any architectural design.

DuraCoil Optima

Designed for high-security applications or oversized openings, sturdy 18-guage slats and structural steel guides combine to make this our strongest rolling service door.  Insulated with polyisocyanurate foam-board core (R 6.24) on insulated flat slats only. Door can be interior, exterior or jamb mounted.  Available as hand chain operation or configured for motor operation (wall-mount below shaft).

DuraCoil Standard

This full-featured, 22-guage product delivers Raynor reliability and durability to meet or exceed the requirements of daily use.  Offered with our widest selection of quality features, slat guages and options, this model is best for the most common service door applications.Doors can be interior, exterior, or jamb mounted.  Available as manual or hand chain operation.  Mounting guides are constructed to allow either face mounting or jamb mounting.  Guides are constructed of hot-rolled structural steel angle.  Doors can be mounted to jambs contructed of steel, wood, masonry, and non-masonry materials.

DuraCoil Basic

This 24 gauge product, with roll-formed guides, is a simple solution for typical applications providing Raynor quality and durability.  Door can be interior, exterior, or jamb mounted.  Available as manual or hand chain operation.  Mounting guides are constructed to allow face mounting or jamb mounting, and are constructed of 14 ga. roll-formed galvanized steel and fastened to 11 ga. galvanized steel wall angle.  Doors can be mounted to jambs constructed of steel, wood, masonry, and non-masonry materials.

DuraCoil Select

When facility design or environment requires unique materials, this model is offered exclusively with stainless steel or aluminum slats and options to meet specific design performance.  Door can be interior, exterior, or jamb mounted. Mounting guides are constructed to allow face mounting or jamb mounting, and are constructed of hot-rolled structural steel angle. Doors can be mounted to jambs constructed of steel, wood, masonry, and non-masonry materials.

DuraShutter Rolling Counter Shutters

Manual operation includes pull-down handle and thumb-turn locks.  Crank operation includes hand crank, crank han dle and thumb-turn locks. Left-hand or right-hand drive.  Eclipse Tube Motor Operation includes Eclipse 115V, single phase, 60 Hz tube motor. Locks are not included.  Motor Ready includes extended shaft.  Electric operator is not included.  Locks are not included.  left hand or right-hand drive.

Built-In Integral Frame for new masonry wall construction and includes a masonry anchor system.  When ordered for the finished wall thickness, the built-in frame will accommodate the outer wall surfaces recessed between the frame trim.  Some cosmetic caulking may be required.

Slip-In optional frame fro pre-existing walls.  The frame slips into the existing opening from the coil side.  The slip-in design includes spaced access holes and covers for anchoring to existing wall jambs.  Exterior side of the frame is finished but may require a perimeter finish trim or caulking.

Rolling Grille Doors

DuraGrille Standard

This all-aluminum product is offered in straight and brick patterns, for retail and commercial applications where both security and visibility are primary considerations.  Doors can be interior, exterior, or jamb mounted. Available with manual or hand chain operation, also, configured for motor operation.  Grille Construction is 5/16" rods with interlocking links, 9" center to center.

FireCurtain Standard

Designed for a variety of common applications, this shutter provides Raynor reliability and durability to meet or exceed the requirements of daily use.  Available with the widest selection of quality features and options.  Mounting can be interior, exterior, or jamb mounted.  Operated manual, crank, or FireEclipse tube motor operation.  Constructed of stamped steel.  Comply with UL, C-UL, FM, and CSFM requirements for three-hour, 1-1/2 hour or 3/4 hour fire ratings.

Available in stainless steel or painted steel, this three-hour rated shutter is designed to high Raynor quality standards for applications requiring unique materials or performance characteristics to meet specific design requirements.  Can be interior, exterior, or jamb mounted.  Operation is manual, crank, or FireEclipse tube motor operation.. Material is 22 ga. stainless steel or 22 ga. painted steel. Comply with UL, C-UL, FM, and CSFM requirements for three-hour, 1-1/2 hour or 3/4 fire ratings.
