Designed for

steel skin and rugged hardware provides the ultimate in reliable
operation. Ideal in demanding applications where security and

are require. Sections are 3" thick and
feature steel sandwich construction. Steel is commercial quality,
hot-dipped galvanized. Exterior skins are 20 ga. with 25 ga. interior
skins. Insulation is 2-7/8" expanded polystyrene insulation
providing an R-value of 16.05

Exterior skins are 25 ga. with 25 ga. interior. Insulation is 2-7/8"
expanded polystyrene insulation providing an R-value of 16.05

DuraCoil Optima
Designed for
high-security applications or oversized openings, sturdy 18-guage slats
and structural steel guides combine to make this our strongest rolling
service door. Insulated with polyisocyanurate foam-board core (R
6.24) on insulated flat slats only. Door can be interior, exterior or jamb
mounted. Available as hand chain operation or configured for motor
operation (wall-mount below shaft).
DuraCoil Standard
This
full-featured, 22-guage product delivers Raynor reliability and durability
to meet or exceed the requirements of daily use. Offered with our
widest selection of quality features, slat guages
and options, this model
is best for the most common service door applications.Doors can be
interior, exterior, or jamb mounted. Available as manual or hand
chain operation. Mounting guides are constructed to allow either
face mounting or jamb mounting. Guides are constructed of hot-rolled
structural steel angle. Doors can be mounted to jambs contructed of
steel, wood, masonry, and non-masonry materials.
DuraCoil Basic
This 24 gauge
product, with roll-formed guides, is a simple solution for typical
applications providing Raynor quality and durability. Door can be
interior, exterior, or jamb mounted. Available as manual or hand
chain operation. Mounting guides are constructed to allow face
mounting or jamb mounting, and are constructed of 14 ga. roll-formed
galvanized steel and fastened to 11 ga. galvanized steel wall angle.

exclusively with stainless steel or aluminum slats and options to meet

can be mounted to jambs constructed of steel, wood, masonry, and

Rolling Counter Shutters
Manual operation includes pull-down handle and thumb-turn locks.
Crank operation includes hand crank, crank han dle and thumb-turn locks.
Left-hand or right-hand drive. Eclipse Tube Motor Operation includes
Eclipse 115V, single phase, 60 Hz tube motor. Locks are not included.
Motor Ready includes extended shaft. Electric operator is not
included. Locks are not included. left hand or right-hand
drive.
Built-In Integral Frame for new masonry wall construction and includes a
masonry anchor system. When ordered for the finished wall thickness,
the built-in frame will accommodate the outer wall surfaces recessed
between the frame trim. Some cosmetic caulking may be required.
Slip-In optional frame fro pre-existing walls. The frame slips into
the existing opening from the coil side. The slip-in design includes
spaced access holes and covers for anchoring to existing wall jambs.
Exterior side of the frame is finished but may require a perimeter finish
trim or caulking.
